Geographic Scope

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: A flat fee of £7.50 is charged for all orders.
• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for all orders over £70

Delivery Carrier Test

All our orders are shipped via DPD and come with tracking numbers to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your art prints.  

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 working days (Monday - Friday). Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your DPD tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the DPD website.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged items, please contact us immediately at hello@artbanx.co.uk. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changes to Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@artbanx.co.uk. Note that changes to the delivery address may result in a delay in delivery.

Liability

Artbanx is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or any other events beyond our control.
